ABOUT Diederik Kratz (1962) was born in The Hague, The Netherlands. He studied commercial photography at the Royal Academy of Arts before launching his career in advertising photography.In 1987 he started his own studio in the centre of Amsterdam and started extensively working for the dutch advertising agencys. His images appeared in many advertising campaigns.By its many years experience in making all kinds of types images he has gathered an enormous technical and creative knowledge in which he is able to translate all types of concept. This in course of the years became his large strength. With its production company it has been possible to prove himself with fixed assistants and producers on nationally and international level.He is not only a good sparring partner at creative level but also commercially able the best give interpretation. This resulted in a number of large and complex tasks for international Advertising Agencys. Since 1992 he is a member of the Photographers Association Netherlands (PANL) and has been honored with several nominations.
